An essential workshop for all educators, designed to help build a successful working relationship with the parents of all of your students. Spend a full day in a lively interactive workshop designed to help you work successfully with the parents of all of your students. This seminar will give you the skills needed to establish an effective communication with parents, plan and execute conferences that are positive and productive and help you deal with parts who may be difficult or challenging. Participants have opportunities to role-play, observe and critique simulated interactions with parents and learn techniques for managing conflict.
